How Can I Support Your Organization?

If your organization does not have an in-house legal team:

I can act as your legal counsel regularly, for some hours per month, or on-demand, whenever a specific need arises. I can assist with negotiating important contracts, responding to claims from customers or suppliers, designing internal processes and policies, or training your staff on contract-related issues and claim management.

If your organization already has an in-house legal team:

As an external legal resource, I can regularly provide additional monthly hours of flexible legal support without increasing your legal team’s headcount. I can also work on-demand and help cover peaks of workload, temporary absences (such as maternity or paternity leaves), or provide additional expertise for specific matters.

Contract drafting, review, and negotiation

I have broad experience with:

- EPC contracts: including FIDIC (1999 and 2017 editions), World Bank and Development Bank model contracts, Orgalime, and a wide range of ad-hoc agreements. I also handle related matters such as consortium agreements, EPC scope splits, and back-to-back terms with suppliers.
- Commercial contracts: such as but not limited to sales, supply, distribution, agency, joint ventures, R&D collaborations, IP licensing and transfer, MoUs, NDAs, and more.

Strategic advice in pre-dispute and dispute situations I can assist in cases involving defects, delays, monetary claims, disruptions, force majeure, and similar issues.

Claim management Support in plpreparing, pursuing, or defending claims.

Coordination of resources in cross-border disputes I help manage both internal teams and external lawyers in international arbitration or litigation proceedings.
